So…

It’s been a while. What have you been up to in 2010? Has your creative business thrived?

Around here, there have ups and downs. Cancer scare. Amazing recovery. Layoff. Renewed appreciation of family.

All in all it’s been a very good year. My art has flourished and I’m thrilled to be making art that makes my heart sing. And the icing on the cake is hearing my art connects with people.

So what happened to this blog? A crisis of confidence. How can I tell other people how to run their indie business when mine isn’t where I want it? (Yet.) Because even experts aren’t perfect. Everyone can improve. And value isn’t just in perfection. It’s about the journey.
